Designers focus on the human side and empathize with the end user to synthesize all information. They may interview people, create prototypes, or ask probing questions to lead them to better understand the end users needs. Through divergent thinking they create as many solutions as possible. Since they may be working outside of their fields of strength they must learn to work within the limits of their knowledge and ability.
