Coach Schildt Health Nutrition Project

For a 7 day period record all food and drink consumed.

Put all information into a spreadsheet excel document as follows:

1)   Break down all meals by nutrient and calories

2)   Fats, carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins

3)   Total daily consumption of each nutrient

Find your BMR and compare your intake to your BMR and estimated daily calorie usage including all activities and check for balance.

It will be key for you to save your data daily in order to stay on track. This assignment is a major grade so be sure to do a complete job of it and be specific and complete.
